- Molcajete Salsa - roasted tomato, onion, chiles hueros (xcatic pepper), garlic and cilantro.
- Shrimp Ceviche - made with tomato, onions, jalapeños, lime and cilantro.
- Guacamole - smashed avocados mixed with tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice
- Freshly fried tortilla chips
- Longaniza Taco - Mexican style sausage, served with grilled red onion, molcajete salsa, black refried beans and cilantro.
- Cochinita Pibil Tamal - corn masa stuffed with roasted pork, steam in a banana leaf. Served with tomato sauce
- Braised Beef - served with rice, refried black beans and plantains.
- Flan - chilled custard with caramel sauce garnished with fresh fruit

Throughout the summer, our farm will host a rotating lineup of talented, local guest chefs, each bringing their own unique flair and culinary expertise to the table. These chefs are masters at showcasing the best of what our farm has to offer, crafting menus that highlight the freshest vegetables, herbs, and proteins harvested straight from the fields.
Diners can expect an exquisite multi-course meal that tantalizes the taste buds and showcases the diversity of culinary traditions. It's a must-attend event for foodies, aspiring chefs, and anyone passionate about exploring the world through the lens of food.

Each intimate gathering features a guest chef who introduces their signature dishes, culinary techniques, and cultural influences to the live audience. Guests have the opportunity to interact with the guest chef, ask questions, and learn about the inspiration behind their creations.
