At Walsh Cattle, quality starts from the ground up. What began with two brothers and two heifers has grown into a 160-head operation built on care, consistency, and a commitment to exceptional beef.

Their cattle—primarily Angus-influenced—are bred for rich marbling, delivering the flavor and tenderness you can taste.

Every calf is born and raised on their farm, with full oversight from start to finish—right down to custom processing.
